Lively currently serves as Senior Resource Attorney at USC’s Children’s Law Center. She trains law enforcement officers and prosecutors statewide in investigating and prosecuting child abuse cases.
She earned a reputation as a tough prosecutor and fierce advocate for victims.
She has 20 years of trial experience in both state and federal court and takes on the toughest cases.
As the only candidate who hasn’t worked in the current Solicitor’s Office, she is the best-suited to take an objective look at those areas which need improvement and to bring about the necessary reforms. There will be no change if one of the other two candidates is elected.
High on her priority list is reducing the backlog of cases in the 11th Circuit, which perennially has ranked as one of the worst in the entire state. This backlog results in criminals not being brought to justice, costing taxpayers’ money, and victims stuck in the system waiting for an end to their nightmare.
Please help us to raise awareness for what changes can be made. With your support, we will bring back Integrity and Honor to the 11th Circuit Solicitor's Office.

The pay isn't bad certainly, at approximately $137,000 per year, but Lively isn't motivated by money. She's motivated by justice. Read more...

While we disagree with Lively on this particular issue, she is hands down the best candidate for this particular post. In fact based on everything we’re hearing, she’s got the corrupt “Lexington Ring” on the run. Meanwhile the other frontrunner in this race, Rick Hubbard, appears to be the choice of the status quo in Lexington County. Read more...
